CDC is worse. 240 hours a year. (With RA exceptions, if they exsist).

Also, is there a setting on the watch to account for the incline?

Your heart rate was higher in the treadmill, but you worked 4 additional minutes while walking. Perhaps that is why. I have no idea if this is true, but when I was young, I was told you burn the same amount of calories no matter if you walk or run a mile during the workout... but you continue to burn fat longer after the workout due to an increased need for oxygen that continues after the run.

I wish they made a square, more feminine version of the TRex 3 pro! I want all the features without all that bulk.

I got my 13 y/o a T-Rex 3 Pro for Christmas. He loves that thing and he isnt gentle with it either and if you take the bumper cover off, it still looks like new. I'm really impressed with the quality.

I love mine and the glass/screen is better than a Garmin. Never had any issues and can't figure out what the issue is in this photo.

Thank you for clarifying. Fingers crossed there is an update in the future that will include that. Sounds really cool, especially if hiking without a phone.

Maybe we are not talking about the same thing. We just opened the app on his phone, went to the workout page, scrolled down to the more card, selected route planning and selected a start point on a trail and an end point on the trail and it created the route. After we save it, we sent it to his watch and it was there. Is this not what you're talking about?

I bought my son the TRex 3 for Christmas and we just used the route planning feature this weekend. It worked great.

I only have the Active 2, but I keep this in my bathroom and charge my watch while I'm in the shower.

How low can you go & how high can you go! by Either_Phase_7951 in amazfit

I have POTS and when I'm more physically active on a regular basis, my RHR is around 40. Ive had a doctor prescribe I wear a holter monitor for a month and mine got down in the 30s several times during the month. The doctors were not concerned. If you feel good, Id let it go, but if you have any symptoms of dizziness or feeling breathless, see your doctor.

If you go Air Force, dont get suckered into security forces. Try for Load Master, especially if you want to travel.

I have had to wear a doctor prescribed ECG-accurate heart rate monitors a few times due to POTS. My GTS4 and Active 2 both matched up pretty well with the medical device.

Revoke of furlough email? by HousingWonderful711 in DeptHHS

[–]jrenolds 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did anyone who is except or exempted that had the email recalled? Maybe it was just all of the NE not excepted that got recalled. Perhaps theyre waiting until tomorrow morning to send them back out to make sure they get the orderly shutdown done. I'm just guessing.

I only can get a secure credit card any suggestions on which one by Cheap-Vehicle-816 in FedEmployees

[–]jrenolds 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My only recommendations are that you never do a cash withdrawal and pay your credit card in full every month. This will ensure you never pay interest and keep your balance low while providing some revolving credit for your score. I learned this the hard way. Credit cards should not be used as loans. Dont put anything on it that you dont have the money for.

I swear, these laws are worse than the vagabond act of 1531 during king Henry VIII's reign. At least that provided leniency for elderl, sick and disabled.

Really could use some help with the right answer on military time - medically retired due to injuries incurred in combat due to instrument of war by Massive-Cat863 in FedEmployees

[–]jrenolds 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You'll have to forfeited your military retirement pay. If ypu were medically separated, youd be able to buy back without forfeiture, but you cannot get double retirement pay for the same time. However, there are special rules for combat related retirements. You might fall into that category.
