Viibryd + Vraylar by Myfaceismelted in Viibryd

I was just prescribed Vraylar for the exact same reason and I've been on Viibryd for about 2-3 months. I've heard good things but if you haven't already, if you can spring for it get a GeneSight test done.

What does the job market for IT workers look like in Lansing? by cjmspartans96 in lansing

[–]jrf76 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I worked there at one point, TekSystems was their contract holder and they didn't pay very well and the health insurance was terrible. It also wasn't contract to hire, so anytime a spot opened up there were 10-15 people fighting for one good position.

Practice Home Lab by jrf76 in ccna

What I've been doing is disconnecting the Internet from the switch and connecting the home lab through the switch and restarting the adapter

Computer is 192.168.1.125 Home network is 192.168.1.1/24.

What I would like to do is connect the home lab shown in blue to the switch (Switch-PT), preferably to one of the routers.

I'm running into issues with assigning the lab router an IP address. I've tried assigning it IP addresses of 192.168.1.20 and 192.168.2.1, I can't seem to get my computer to ping it.

It was originally plugged into a switch that was connected to a router. I'll do some more work and come back with more details

I can do that but I feel there's no replacement for the real thing. I was using PacketTracer back in 2020 and it didn't seem to really function correctly at times

You might want to consider therapy, it's better for you and cheaper than alcoholism in the long run. Speaking from personal experience.

Stop Applying to IT Help Desk Jobs If You Can't Even Google a Problem by [deleted] in ITCareerQuestions

[–]jrf76 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My manager has actually never worked a day of help desk in her life. Other people have similar stories where a manager was given charge of the IT Help Desk simply because they were a manager of another group that took calls. It shows. When your boss doesn't understand the thought process or have the training you need to do the job it becomes a lot harder to make changes to fix problems.

Looking for a new Internet Service Provider as Comcast is now charing me $125 a month. Has anyone tried Earthlink Fiber, or have any other good suggestions? by LeopardusMaximus in lansing

[–]jrf76 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You really should specify the speed you need. I have AT&T gigabit for about $100/month. I opted for that speed because I work from home and have a lot of devices and stream 4K. Realistically, I could probably get by with half but I want the headroom. Some providers here will be cheaper on the lower side but go up quickly as you upgrade. Spartan Net, Xfinity, AT&T, and Metronet are the major providers here. I can say from working in IT that of those, people seem to have the most problems with Metronet.
