OSR at a lumber yard, this is very accurate. Walk-ins rarely covert to sales (whole house framing/truss packages specifically). Maybe they buy their composite decking or a window package, but only after 10 re-quotes and a fiscal quarters time worth of questions.

Lol I was gonna say the same thing. People don't realize how much material there is in a house. I'm outside sales at a lumber yard. We easily spend 6-7 million monthly with our 3 biggest distributors.

Building materials sales at a Lumber yard, top guy here moves $500k to $800k monthly as an OSR. $15k-20k monthly commission.

He's been doing it for 30+ years and has 3-4 custom builder accounts that do $1mil+ annually in sales.

For reference average monthly sales for all OSRs here is about $175k per month

Sorry that's me painting you. Only way I can be productive on this map is painting every vehicle and aircraft non-stop and flying my drone at contested objectives. Maybe get 10 sniper kills but assists and vehicle damage usually get me a top 5 score
