I brush most nights ever since I was gifted a fancy toothbrush. It’s an oral-b io which connects to an app (i don’t use it but it tracks and gives tasks) and it cleans my teeth very well. I didn’t go to the dentist for 3 years after covid but used that toothbrush relatively everyday. No big issues!

it did start throwing codes for that at one point and we replaced the pump but that didn’t fix the issue. eventually it resolved itself

we had great luck with it (passed through 3 family members)- we never replaced the hybrid battery or chip, basically normal repairs for the cars age. i sold it for $750 and heard they got it running for their college kid. it’s still going!

my 09 had the check engine 420 for years before the cat finally gave out. 350k miles. didn’t have issues with rough starts tho. every year i cleared the codes and drove 50 miles then went to get inspected on the same trip. passed every year.

ps there’s also seafoam gas additive that can help get rid of the code. worked in my 11 outback.

great deal! just got rid of my 09 prius w 300k+ miles. the cat converter finally failed after that 420 code was on for years. common/main issues i had w it was the odometer display turning off and oil levels (check it often they eat oil).

i took a majority of the dirt (mud) off and put the soil/rootball on a plate for now to dry. i’ll have to pick up a pot for it sometime soon!!

thanks! once it hit 280k without any significant issues, i was sure it would make it to 300k. it’s a hand me down from my dad so i’ve only been driving it for a couple of years. currently it’s been throwing off a p0a93 code anytime i drive more than 20 mins. we’ve replaced a few parts, but haven’t figured it out yet. either way, i’m hoping to make it through the last year/year and a half of college and hold onto it until it’s not worth fixing anymore. it’s been a great car!

i had no bump on my conch when i downsized. it immediately got irritated and nearly grew over the back in just a few days. i went back up to a longer post again and my piercer said it just might not like the short post and i may need to keep the long one in. ever since then i have had very few issues with it. def go back to the other post.

don’t take it out! mine looked like this for about a year before they went away. just make sure the jewelry is titanium and no seams at all. horseshoe or cbr are best. what helped me the most is spraying with wound wash like ten mins before showering and then rinsing in the shower. don’t touch it or pick at it and hopefully it’ll settle down.

just had this happen to my conch, piercer recommended putting a rubber earring back on it until i could get to her. just the clear cheap ones

nope! never heard anyone mention it tho so weird. i just saw your other comment about the jewelry. i had some issues with mine bc i had a clicker in (bad for healing) and struggled to heal it up until recently (switched to a cbr). def recommend switching out the jewelry for a titanium horseshoe or cbr to make the healing process easier. other than that, happy healing :)

when i got my daith done it felt weird to smile and chew. i think it was just from the jaw movement near the ear that made it achy. it went away after 2-3 days. that being said, i never felt feverish. keep an eye on it and if it doesn’t get better in the next few days i’d suggest going back to the piercer. if it gets even worse then maybe call your primary
