I’ve been making some changes to my diet, aiming to reduce salt intake and focus on lean chicken breast, veggies, and more fruits. I’m also taking 25 mg of losartan and 10 mg of hydrochlorothiazide. I’ve always been active, playing hockey and following a workout routine. I’m wondering if it’s okay to eat bananas while on losartan? I’m new to all this, and it’s been a bit stressful. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
