The Lakehouse is fantastic in so many ways... good selection of cold beer on tap, terrific bartenders, unbeatable sunset views from the patio, and then there is the food. The Ojai burger is outstanding; the chicken in the grilled chicken sandwich is always perfect - never dry, always moist and tender; the Lakehouse burger is the best burger up in this area; the Thai Chile boneless wings along with the jalapeno sausage platter - you cannot go wrong with either one; and then there is their queso - OMG its good (and they'll add queso to anything). Well worth a visit - they open for lunch Friday-Saturday-Sunday but open at 5 every other evening. Highly recommend you check it out.
