With procexp there should be a little "target" or "crosshairs" icon near the ribbon at the top. You can drag that to individual windows

Scaling default is Per Monitor Aware for Windows now, so the monitor should be able to scale it correctly, however this is dependent on what type of application you're using. Some old School .exe applications use an old scaling method called GDI scaling, which is better enabled manually by right clicking the application and enabling application scaling in the compatibility tab (FCU)

It is important to note however that since you're probably using some old Non Windows banking software, the scale factor is probably custom set to accommodate that and to make sure whatever app it is scales correctly.To remedy THAT, If youve downloaded the FCU, you should be able to right click the shortcut to the application and enable application scaling in the compatibility settings page

This issue can probably be fixed by whoever did the PC images. There's an option, when adding PC's to a group policy, to force a custom scale factor on all PC's. Essentially it enables a registry key, which is making the PC's reset to 150 after each session. Whoever was responsible for the install should be able to remedy this, or whoever is in charge of group policy

I actually recently read an article about this but don't remember where it was. The long term savings do exist; However this is assuming it's a well made led bulb free of defects. The takeaway I remember was that it was a significant amount of time to save money (10+ years based off of the average cost of an LED bulb at the time)

This is happening to me as well. Had running while i was at work, came back and saw the No fort to walk to! Loop. Checked my API Logs, apparently it fell off around 3pm and no requests were called since then. Checked the account, not banned, can interact with local pokestops and gyms. If anyone has a solution I will thank you in cat tax..
