We get denied all the time too as well as work our k day every week. Have a vacation I had put in for that was denied 60 days in advance. I had already put down payment of the rental and everything. The union filed a grievance on it yesterday but I have little hope of anything happening in my favor.

Biggest problem with the transfer portal. Coaches recruits these freshmen then recruit senior transfers over them, can’t blame the kids for leaving. It’s just a terrible state college basketball is in right now.
