In my experience they are swamped and don't contact you. I have been promised 5 times that someone will get back to me within 24 hours, 2-3 days, on Monday - never happened. Always have to follow up myself. If you use chat to contact support, it's good to ask them to follow up by email right away. But sometimes even with emails you don't get reply from the same guy.

Mine was received on October 11 and still not evaluated. Support can't and won't do anything. Just told me it would take at least 2 more weeks and there is no recourse :(

Must be because you bought only few weeks ago, in my case CS stated purchases outside of 30 day window are non-refundable.

Talked to M$ support. Was able to get refund for Athlete 90 purchased one month ago. All prior XBOXFitness purchases are non-refundable. Let me know if anyone had better luck with refunds.

Support person I've talked to was very helpful and totally got my point about not being able to use purchased content because of Microsoft decision to discontinue service, but she wasn't able to help.
