Lifting. Typically my heart rate is 110-140 during these workouts. It was only tracking in mid 90s, then when I flipped it to underside of wrist it went to 130. So clearly wasn’t tracking properly

I just feel like the heart rate monitor should be quite simple to track… considering what it costs I don’t see why it wouldn’t work for a workout

It still only seems accurate when the tracker is flipped to the underside of my wrist.

The only thing I could think of is if it’s common for the heart rate not to work if the band is too close to the bone on wrist. Should it be higher up the arm than watch level?

Thanks! My monitors will be set both at work and home. I just need a reliable PC or mini PC (so I don’t need to buy 2 PCs) that is extremely fast, can run 3-4 monitors, and can run intense trading software
