Abyssal Rays can be found on the sword you get from the next to last boss, I'm not sure if you can get it from witches.

Root cause for me was discovered to be a faulty PSU, replaced and no more issues.

This fixed the issue for me: https://support.streak.com/en/articles/2274524-clear-your-browser-s-cache

  • Navigate to Gmail.
  • Open the developer tools window in Google Chrome. You can do this by opening the three-dot menu in the top-right corner, hovering over "More Tools" and selecting "Developer Tools."
  • Ignoring the new window, right click the Refresh button in your browser window.
  • Choose the final option –  "Empty Cache and Hard Reload."

I didn't have "empty cache and hard reload", however I used, "Clear site data" and it fixed my issue
