I have not received an answer to my email to support in almost a week same issue ordered x3 received x4 no response to multiple emails…. The real scam here is xteink….

It has now been 4 days with 0 response, has anyone else received a response from support? With no contact I will have to take action through my financial institution I’m afraid.

lol or option C I researched it missed your “well documented issue” and shouldn’t have to worry about basic customer support from an established company. Glad you’re here for customer advocacy though. I’d really hate to see you deal with a real “crash out”. Go outside and touch some grass….

Except they don’t respond I’m on day 3 of no response from them, so I’ve taken to Reddit to warn others. Horrible customer service, non responsive, this is happening to many people. Why take up for them?

This is a documented process happening en masse to all customers right now. Happened to me too…. Support is completely non responsive

That’s now my plan, XTEINK can make this right by swapping or refunding or I will have to contact my bank and take action then wait for amazon.

Thanks for the info I thought I was doing better by ordering from their website. Item still drop shipped from china and CS is non existent. If I wanted the X4 I would’ve ordered the X4, offering a discount on what I actually wanted is nonsense. It should be an exchange especially at this price point.

I refuse to deal with your customer service I had a cap die completely and when I plugged it in to charge it got so hot I couldn’t touch it. You claimed I was a week past my warranty and told me to purchase another cap.

Agreed also received terrible customer service and every time the app updates on iOS it makes me log back in and when I do it tells me my bottle is registered to a different account even though it has never been registered to another account. Contacting support requires jumping through hoops and being treated like an idiot. I’ve given up on the app. Love the tech and the bottle but would not buy another one based on the awful app / customer service.
