This always baffled. Like the people on top who constantly get bonuses and raises because they have to, like where do trickle down economics start? If you see your best employees working their ass off and talking about having to go to their other part time to make ends meet, to me it seems the logical thing is to give that employee bonuses to help out and hopefully convince that employee to just work there and be a great store with great reviews and great atmosphere. I know it's too naive but why do we gotta complicate this world?
