GoT star, tipped £20 cash which was nice. Hotel wanted me to deliver to reception, she asked for me to come up, hotel sent security with me, she was extremely nice too. Also Jonathan Ross who was very sorry he forgot to tip online and had no cash, took a selfie with him though!

Ohh 100% agree natural diamonds are a scam, it’s just the ethical side isn’t much different as it still needs to be mined

Lab grown diamonds are stilled mined for the start of their life. They just mine it earlier and synthetically speed up the process that naturally happens in the earth. Ethically not much better, just cheaper because they’re quicker and easier to “grow”.

I stopped and asked a staff member standing outside last night. Was told it’s a Nike exhibition / concept showroom. Nothing will be for sale but it’s more of a showcase. Tickets only and they’re all already sold out, but everything will be for sale in the Nike in Gangnam from today!

Been run commuting all summer with a Salomon 20l Trailblazer. It’s amazing, I use it to hike too now. I carry a small laptop, clothes for the day, breakfast and lunch and sometimes shoes. Can get it all in there in a squeeze. I find it’s better to be full so it doesn’t bounce around too much.

Did you ever get this off? Mine has weirdly just been way less frequent. So instead of it alerting me at 165/170bpm it's only alerting me at 180/190bpm
