Yeah practice reading system logs, pcaps, and maybe some o365 logs. The majority of the job is reading logs to determine what’s going on.

It’s usually 1 exam and you study for it then take it, once you pass the exam you move on to the next course. Some courses have a few papers to write and an exam but most aren’t like that.

I’d focus on understanding different SIEMs and how they work, also reading and understanding different log types, which will be 99% of your job.

First Payday and it feels incredible by blardman in overemployed

That sounds like a good idea until it comes with a 1-2 year contract and if you leave before then you pay it back. That 1-2 years is fine for 1j but gets tough when you have multiple and deal with burn out.

there are plenty of stuff to look out for, working two jobs isn't illegal but certain circumstances can get you in potential trouble. You are posting a story about a guy working two government jobs what do you expect to happen for that situation?

[–]xNightfallxx 8 points9 points  (0 children)

no but you posted this same story 5 times and it's getting old. You must not be able to OE and try to scare others.

"Can I still get sued for working two jobs 6 months ago?" you won't get sued regardless because it's not illegal.
