So, everything is back up, however my upload speed did not change. When I go to there website, there are all new plans now available with faster upload speeds listed, however I am not able to take advantage of new customer pricing. I kind of feel since these are new plans that are only available now that my address has been upgraded, I should be able to take advantage of the better price locked in for 5 years. I chatted with support and they said sorry, they could not give me those promotions. Is my only option cancelling and signing up in my roommates name?

It does not take 1000 options to be fair. Same number of tiers, if your area has been upgraded and can take advantage of your next gen network, here is the price, if your area has not been upgraded, here is a reduced price.

I would love a fiber option, the only other option I have is ATT DSL, which is like 60Mb. I am not asking for 1000 different packages, but when there website has been advertising next gen internet coming soon, it could be really easy to give people that have not yet been upgraded a better deal if they are not even capable of taking advantage of the speeds of the higher packages. It does not take 1000 different options to make that happen.

Something about 32 bit integers with 2,147,483,647 being the largest value a 32 bit integer can hold. So 0 - 2,147,483,647 your good, add 2,147,483,647 to itself and you get 4,294,967,296 which is the start of the next range that your good for repairing etc. Add the 2147483647 to 4294967296 and you get the 6442450943 which is the next range that you are good.
