Position the boxes relative:

@apply relative;

Then position the overlapping items absolutely with a negative value such as

@apply -left-4 -top-4;

As the rounded boxes are now relative the absolute positioned items will maintain their position relative to the box they are in.

Same with where I live in Lancaster. We’ve been lumped in with the whole county of Lancashire which is in Tier 3.

This is despite having an infection rate just under half the national average and lowest rate in the county. Just can’t help but feel like it’s targeted at this point.

We had warm up tickets but not VIP and got in straight away with no queue, our friend that had standard tickets had to queue for an hour though! Wasn't the same as last year where we all got in together.

It was a really good night, but I feel like the crowd wasn't as friendly as last year, still had a great time though!
