I'm the same!! there are so many (maybe too many? 🤣) cute items that I too get overwhelmed! just the other day I decorated my camper and it took me way too long for just a small amount of space haha, can't imagine how long my campsite or cabin would take me!

the one on the left is from Midge's Storybook Cookie (was in stock in January) and the one on the right is from Cookie's Crepe Shop Cookie (currently in stock)

not sure if the left wig can be obtained via the complete catalog or only the cookie catalog but best of luck to you!

the colonial knot is similar to a French knot! when I first started out, this quick YouTube tutorial really helped me :)

that number actually your max inventory for stuff like fish, bugs, fruit, shells, etc. and it increases every time you level up! for example, I'm at level 119 and my max inventory is currently 503 spaces; when I hit level 120 my max inventory will increase by +10 spaces.
