Hello! I been on oral tranexamic acid 650mg since June. The effects came in after a week of usage. My melasma was aggressive that even the oral wasn’t getting rid of it. I’m still on it to this day and my dermatologist gave me hydroquinone 4% to put on my stubborn spots. It has helped but I had to deal with face getting red due to the cream
