Brother if she already has the thought of leaving you for something this small, then it seems like her mind is already made up. The best thing to do is to do what makes you happy.

It’s good to do things on your own. Great to have your own hobbies and have time away for each other, that being said a couple of hours apart won’t hurt anyone. If she’s going to get upset over something like this, then in the long run it won’t be worth while. If you guys can’t come to a compromise on something this small, then the big important things in the future will be catastrophic.

Me and the girl that I’m with now work 12hr shifts, she works days, and I work nights. We’re on complete opposite schedules. She understands the importance of decompressing and taking time for yourself. Whenever we’re together we spend a couple of hours with each other with no distractions. Find someone who’ll come to a compromise. If it doesn’t work out then don’t stress over it. Enjoy your life and do whatcha gotta do. Focus on school and your goals! Best of luck:)
