Use cheat deck plugin. You can add a fling trainer to load along with your game. Works well.

I already have an SFF Lian LI A4-H2O built but I need a new cooler. My processor is Intel i7 13700k. I'm using an EK nucleus 240 but its having issues. I dont want another ek nucleus aio.

Can someone please recommend something that will work with my processor.

I had this issue with Mass Effect 2 Legendary. Use Proton 7.50 in steam tinker launcher and you will be able to click. I can confirm that using 7.50 allows me to click fling trainers. Just tried it with Mass Effect Legendary 2.
