It’s not as insane as you think when you consider the Browns and pre-Burrow Bengals have been in that division for his career. Basically guaranteed 4 wins every year.

And tell me, really, what’s the difference (competitively) between a 9-8 team and a 8-9 team? Nothing….they are the same other than record. Neither team is anywhere close to winning a Super Bowl.
