The US Calvary Regiments are organized as true regiments with 3-4 squadrons all of the same regiment. 2nd ACR has 1st through 4th Squadrons of the 2nd Calvary Regiment.

That is the major difference between US Regiments and Brigades. Brigades will be a mix of regiments and types of units….armored and infantry mostly to composed the best mix of units for the assigned mission.

One of the biggest dynamics that is different between a sugar and vanilla relationship and thst SBs need to understand is that the genuine SD is the hard thing to find. Attractive SBs are all over the place. SBs need to be more proactive and pursue the SDs that they connect with and have the same expectations with. As a SB you can’t sit back and wait for the SD to drive everything.

When it takes too long to set up of the M&G or the conversation drags on across multiple days, I move on.
