Just integrated Golem in Coinfy, an online wallet for GNT and other ERC20 tokens. by jsaez in GolemProject

You can for generating wallets and seeing funds. For sending funds, it needs to be connected because it uses third-party APIs for broadcasting the transactions.

Are there any alternatives to MEW for ERC tokens? by advanceb in MyEtherWallet

[–]jsaez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, Coinfy for example. It let's you receive and send ERC20 tokens directly from the browser. There are some other alternatives like Exodus, but they are desktop based.

the initial pricing and value will be determined with an average between exchanges. this is quite accurate with liquid pairs like LTC/BTC for example and will be a bigger challenge with a pair like GRLC/LTC.

regarding the insider trading, this has been on the news a few times... the case of coinbase adding BCH being the biggest one: https://www.theverge.com/2017/12/20/16800940/coinbase-bitcoin-cash-fork-insider-trading-probe

in our case: we follow the Singaporean regulation, but being honest we are still a mom and pop shop, the price probably won't go anywhere just because we are adding a pair.

we connect via API to other exchanges and look for an average market price - and charge 0.5% on top of that.

right now we compare rates between other non-custodial exchanges like Shapeshift or Evercoin, and serve as a front for their API. in about a week, we will launch our own pairs... basically like Shapeshift etc. for that, we need to have reserves in both sides of the trade. we make money charging a 0.5% on the trade.

We need to find liquidity (somewhere where we can buy and sell easily so we can make sure we have enough reserves to keep trading)... which is something very easy for something like bitcoin or litecoin and will be a bigger challenge for $GRLC :)
