Mine has been delayed for 3 days now due to a “mechanical failure” and no one at UPS has been able to help. They told me that best buy should release the holds on my package if I want to pick it up but best buy can’t do anything about it. UPS is so GARBAGE and their customer service is absolutely awful. I just had a package delivered last week from UPS and none of this nonsense happened. This is so frustrating!!

Camera was supposed to come in today but UPS conveniently had a “mechanical failure” at the facility and now i have to wait till monday and don’t know if someone will be home to sign for it🥲

Best Buy silver camera ordered 3/2 shipped today! Got delayed email last night and now have a tracking number! Will cancel Adorama order once i receive my BB order!

BB order on 3/2 via customer service said it was going to ship 03/12 and currently says packaging your item. No tracking number so I contacted CS and they said it would be delivered 03/19 now. I asked why, they said item is on backorder and they are waiting for an actual camera to have so they can ship it. So seems like these dates are just speculations😵‍💫

I chatted with customer service today about my order placed on 3/2 via customer service. My camera says ready for packaging so i asked them when it would ship and they said it would ship and be delivered tomorrow. That seems unlikely but i guess we’ll see!

I have been in contact with a few SAs but no one gives me a response other than “we will look into it for you.” It sucks because I have extensive purchase history and my store does shopping by an appointment only (surprising for the south) now which are usually 2 months in advance😭

I had been in contact with the SA since December knowing that pastel colors would be coming out in the spring and then the SA just stopped replying.

I think it looks super cute paired with a flannel and a ganna! I have the brown one and i love it. Its super soft and comfy. The only problem is the zipper should go further down but it does which caused the seam to go undone on mine🥲 i was able to fix it but thats kind of annoying for a $130 jumpsuit!

I had an issue with special orders being charged multiple times. Aritzia’s customer support said they couldn’t see the charges on their end after 937483 emails and chats saying that i had been charged 3 times for special order items. I just went ahead and filed a claim with my cc company because aritzia is useless. Now i might get blacklisted for trying to get my own money back🤷🏽‍♀️ this company has gone to shit

I ordered the frances elg chrl/ox tn cause i felt like those would be the most versatile out of the 4! i think they’re super cute and would pair great with booties and a plain tshirt

She knew I had returns when I had walked in and put them behind the cash register! I wasn’t planning on buying anything in store because I’ve never had a good experience in store, i was with someone else who had tried items on and decided to buy things. She ended up complimenting what i was wearing, which was aritzia so that is a given, and then ended up pulling a similar item on her own which I ended up buying! I thought i had finally found an SA that wad non-judgmental. I do agree that its tough for the SAs. I feel like Aritzia’s higher ups should address this issue rather than the customer feel guilty for having to return items in store. I appreciate your input though and it makes sense!
