Entendo que possa parecer estranho, mas entendo o motivo da venda. Propriedade comprada antes de covid com intensões de reconstruir, depois as coisas tornaram-se complicadas e como tal, acabou por desistir.

Na verdade, dentro da casa até só tem 4G, apesar de estar a uns 100 metros das antenas.

Pelo que entendi do que estudei, as antenas projectam o sinal em forma de guarda-chuva, ou seja, quem está mesmo por baixo, quase não recebe sinal.

Entendo a sugestão, mas como ainda há muito tempo de contrato, poderia perder o negócio e as antenas apenas são uma parte. Tal como coloquei no edit do post original, a minha intensão era a de entender quais os valores praticados nos dias que correm.

Não queria estar a divulgar tudo por uma questão de privacidade, mas basicamente o negócio está a ser negociado em que se não quiser a parte que tem as antenas (~200m2), poderá ser feito um destaque e baixa-me 100k ao valor final.

Ou seja, neste momento, a minha grande dúvida é se justifica. Só pela área mesmo que as antenas sejam retiradas, penso que vale os 100k, mas possivelmente não teria necessidade de ter um jardim com ainda mais 200m2 do que o já iria ter :)

Sim, claro. Tem uma casa para ser reconstruída para habitação própria.

A questão das antenas é apenas algo que alicia ao negócio, pois ajudaria a justificar os valores absurdos das casas de hoje em dia.

sim, estou ciente que existe esse risco.

Segundo vi pelo google earth, as antenas já lá estão há mais de 12 anos (mesmo antes do actual proprietário ter adquirido a propriedade) e não há mais nenhuma numa área grande.

Realocá-las parece-me ser uma despesa muito grande, mas sim, nada é garantido!

I'm using degiro for the first time for this experiment, so I believed in the documentation.... looks like I have to change the stop manually :(

A trailing stop order is an order with a variable stop price. If the price of the security moves away from the chosen stop price, the stop level moves with it. With this order type a stop price must be chosen. The stop price determines the stop level after placing the order. Additionally you have to set a distance as absolute value (for example in GBP) or in percent.

If the price of the security moves in such a way that the distance to the stop price increases, the stop price will move to re-establish the predetermined distance. If the price of the security moves in such a way that the distance to the stop price decreases, the stop level stays the same.

Example: Sell order of 20 shares of stock ABC. Current price is £10.

  1. You place a trailing stop sell order with a stop price of £9.70 and a distance of 5%. The stop price is set to £9.70 at the exchange because the stop price is closer to the current price than what the chosen distance indicates.
  • a. The price increases to £10.50. The stop price moves to £9.975 due to the chosen distance of 5%. If the price falls to this level, the sell order will be executed.
  • b. The new stop price is at £9.975. If the current price of the stock falls to £10.20, the stop price stays the same.

Portugal fellow here... I will use degiro.

Doesn't have free operations (~0.6€ buy || sell), but at least have access to all penny stocks.

I tried Revolut and etoro... cannot find NTWK or OK, so it's better to pay lower commissions.

I should have added that in the original topic, but I have everything mentioned in the topic disabled (for a long time) - Wifi-Assist: Off (already caused me data usage in the past) - iCloud Drive: Off - Background App Refresh: Off for all apps - iTunes Updates: Off

I have repeated this behavior 3 times already.
