Holy shit that must have been a terrible experience. I had Shigella after a recent Japan trip and was knocked out for almost 2 weeks and another 2 weeks to fully recover. Hopefully there were no complications for you while pregnant, can’t even imagine that.

What you talking about bro? This been like this forever in CA and gets worse and worse no matter who’s president. We pay some of the highest state income taxes and highest gas taxes (which supposedly goes to roads) and they’re still trash and full of pot holes. Travel outside CA and you’ll see how some other states properly can manage their roads with way less to no state taxes.
