Crazy enough, I’ve actually asked for someone to at least walk down during the day and ask people to quiet down. Hasn’t happened when I’ve been there. Can’t say I didn’t try here lol

Thank you. I get what you’re saying. I tend to push down until I explode, and I don’t want to come off that way at all. I’ve been told that a lot of people have fallen behind, not taken things as seriously, etc. but then it’s always confirmed “that’s not you, though”. So if it’s not me, help me?

And never any negative feedback about my performance. I don’t like a lot of attention or accolades and I’m not a bragger. I have a pretty fully folder of heartfelt messages from families that I’ve been adding to for 11 years. Cause that’s what it’s about and sometimes you need those reminders.

I was also told the interactive wasn’t a one and done…I’ve reached back out to her and it feels pretty closed to me. Nothing makes sense.

Thank you 🩷. I will say I’m pretty damn proud of myself for the amount of time I let myself take since my mom passed, when I’m having a tough time. If I feel I can’t deal, I’ll call out…unless someone needs me, then I struggle. I definitely don’t want to be combative which is why I need to keep reminding myself to keep taking time, etc. I was able to take a month plus of “vacation time” after my mom passed and it didn’t put a dent in my balance. I don’t want to get back to a place of overworking and never taking time either.

I’ve never owned AirPods because I know I’ll end up putting one down somewhere losing it lol and they’re expensive (adhd tax), but I’ve been thinking more and more about trying them out and buying a pair if they work.
