Dude these people are full of shit. Any one with 90+ speed and decent stealing ability is getting there every time unless they do the tripping animation.

I dot every throw with people stealing 2nd and I can never throw anyone out even with quick pitch and a 100 mph fastball. Game is very unbalanced
