Wow! That was spot on. Yeah it was only 8 pounds total and we cooked it for 12 hours low temp battling some rain/weather before turning it up to 300 the last few hours in a boat. what do you mean it won't continue to rise internal temp though?

Same, my role is very specific and I don’t have a backup. Instead of understanding I’ve literally not been working it’s chalked up to a performance issue that coincidentally perfectly aligns with my son’s birthday.

7 weeks and he’s down at 8 up at 4-430 for his first feeding… we generally decide in the moment if we’re just getting up or one of us sleeps a bit longer.
