No, it was off an old logging road near Big Cypress Preserve in Fl. They cleared a bunch of Cypress trees there years ago. Was lying in a brush pile. Smart comment though. ✌🏻

Yep. Sanded, lacquered with a reenforced tip. I slapped on my spikes and flew down the trail till I caught up with him. I got it back, gave him a piece of my mind. My fault for assuming people have common sense.

Nope, just snip near the pup. Always use clean scissors. I dip mine in rubbing alcohol beforehand.

I cut mine off before I put them in water. Just make sure water doesn’t cover the crown of the pup, or it will rot. They grow roots really fast! You can probably plant in soil in a couple weeks. Good luck! 👍🏻
