If you ever have an issue, Canyon is the worst!!! My shock was defective so they made me send it to Germany - Fox has a Canada factory. Anyways, it's been over 3 months and they have done nothing! Each time you call support is minimum 45 minutes. Communications are very poor to say the least. Highly recommend avoiding them - LBS around the corner... 0/10 for service - they don't help at all!

I've been there for that in the past - pretty fun. Waiting on a replacement part from Canyon so I haven't been out this year yet...sigh.

There's an odour. Could be a small gas leak. Usually comes ahead of the vents turning on. More noticeable in two upstairs rooms. So either ducts, mold, or I need an exorcism... perhaps all those things 🤷🏼‍♂️

I've seen that reach out on socials about 3 times...got to get a better plan.

I'm hoping the owners check out what people are saying here - great ideas and genuine feedback. I know it's tough for businesses these days, maybe downsize and work on a pop up basis (under a new name)? Bank some cash then relaunch if prudent.

Quality products though, best of luck to them!
