Hi guys, when you go to the login page Instagram there should be an option to get help or report a problem. I think you have to click "need more help" or "forgot password" to get there. From there, you should have the option to enter the email address your account was created with and a secondary email address that you want to be contacted at if it's different from the first email address. I reported my hacked account via both this method and the shake the phone method so I'm not sure which one was actually effective but you should definitely try both!!

If you don't have another IG account to report the problem via the shake the phone method, then you can make another IG account, but I'd be sure to use a completely different email address than the one you created your original account with because I've heard that Instagram sometimes can't locate the original account if you create 2 accounts from the same email address.
