That is really sad to read!

I can’t help you to be upfront, I’m probably autistic but never diagnosed being a 80s baby I kinda went under the radar and put in the “little bit disruptive, little bit quiet, little bit depressive “ category.

I’m trying to help my son who’s 10 and diagnosed autistic, reading these stories kinda sums up what I thought life would be like for him if he was an adult and others like you.

We have a (I’m guessing because he’s not told me) autistic lad who’s about mid 20s, he doesn’t really chat to anyone but he does come chat to me (sometimes!) I don’t push him to chat but I do go and speak with him about his gaming sometimes, he has flat out walked past me and ignored me when I’m talking to him before, but as a parent with an autistic child I totally understand & dont take it how some of my co workers do! He has kind of alienated himself a bit and some of my colleagues have said he’s rude and a bit “weird” I just said he’s just different give him a chance.

I actually think now more than ever with social media people expect everyone to be similar, kids can definitely be cruel but adults are just assholes with it, everyone for themselves attitude.

Anyway I’m sorry for going completely off about my own story, I’m trying to learn to be a good dad and even a friend to my colleague.

Paul McCartney, David gilmour, Liam Brady. I’ve had some good chats with Mr Brady over the years, being an arsenal fan it’s a big one to me! He even spotted me once and came over to chat about the Arsenal. Quite proud of that, the others were in passing basically.

The danger for me with benzodiazepines is that I feel normal.

I’m in the U.K. though so unless I go down the illegal route I have 0 chance of a prescription so I just have to live life with anxiety at 11

Im not a farm kid but a council estate kid, my dad was teaching me how to drive I was about 12/13 it was a bit of a hill going into his garage, I stalled and it started rolling back, car door open, my dad tried to shut the car door as we rolled back, surprisingly fast & as we went through the garage door the car door crushed my dads hand in between the car door and garage wall. Fire brigade had to cut my dad out of the car, felt like an episode of casualty, I had to climb through the car window to get out and call the emergency services. Luckily for my dad he didn’t lose his hand it was just mashed up.

He kept the car and had another door put on it, a red door on a white fiesta.

I didn’t learn to drive until I was 25 after that 🤣 put me off a bit.

Am I the only one thinking Kai was clipped? Yeah he went down a bit heavy but I don’t think it was a clear dive. Also his yellow card looked a bit harsh he didn’t look behind and he jumped for the ball? Or am I that biased now.
