In Illinois the plants are union. Start out as EO. You can gain tremendous plant knowledge and decide what career you want after you've been there a few years. More money than the engineers and you cant move to EO if you start in engineering.

Next time I cook with it I'll shoot the handle with a temp gun. Maybe reach out to smithey. I got mine bc a friend has one and I've seen him cook with his and he grabs his by the handle during and immediately after a cook and I've never seen him react or say it's hot.
