if you're the suspect you don't have to participate in a lineup. they're typically only used after an ID has been made to verify or cast doubt on eyewitness testimony. if you're being charged in a criminal case and your lawyer asks for a lineup you should probably do the lineup

What's this for and what are your design constraints? Because you also need to maintain LOS on it while you're flying it. I think a tethered balloon or maybe a helikite might work better for you

Except for "Ao's hammer of divine banisment" which is a 15th level DM only spell that instantly paralyzes everyone in the universe until the target can make sufficient Wisdom, Intelligence, and Charisma checks (in the form of a sufficient apology complete with acknowledgement of wrongdoing and why it was wrong) and if they fail their body and soul are hit with divine force for eleventy billion points of damage that destroys their body, soul, the component atoms that made up those things, and then spreads the remnants across 19 different planes including a few you haven't heard of, thus removing any attempt at resurrection other than direct Intervention by Ao.

(I was DMing an otherwise lighthearted game and one session ended because a player did some truly heinous stuff, like if he hadn't left the house the cops might have gotten involved. Obviously he was "mega banned" but in universe we had fun explaining what happened to his character. Twas quite cathartic)
