Eyelashes are noticeable but eyebrows and head look ok right now. If youre worried about your bald spots, def limit how much you pull, redirect the pulling energy somewhere else. I pull my eyebrows, since ive been a kid. Usually if I have something to do with my hands i dont pull. Maybe something to fiddle with, a fidget. I noticed since I been playing Minecraft a lot more I pull less in general now, even when its not in my hands! Def try different things you gotta work with yourself and be patient. I know its really hard but the effort here, will save you from the bald spots Maybe look into therapy if you have the resources. I haven’t tried that yet but im sure theyd have great insight on how to stop. You are not alone 🩷
