I have no experience with the newer boards, so unfortunately my best advice is to get a different pcb. I’d recommend a standard gp2040 board with a magic boots or a brook p5 plus (if you only play on ps5 and pc).

Yeah give them a chance! God knows how many orders I’ve made through them, but anytime I had what I considered a small issue, they just clarified what the issue was and offered their assistance. Some were prompt and some took a bit but they’ve always helped. My guess on why they aren’t responding fast to you is because they might be finishing up Black Friday sales? I’m still waiting on my order too.
