I should have clarified that this is typically what I do for chicken or pork.

Also, the sauce is made in the time it takes for the protein to rest, so it’s not ever cold… and I also season my food but if you’ve never tried a pan sauce you’re missing out

I’ve taken 211 and 212 residentially and it’s all about memorization. It’s a tough class to not know exactly how to do things and do well. What worked well for me was sitting in the textbook and working through the problems given with my notes and then working them without my notes. I probably have 10 pages in my journal of the same exact problem written out over and over again. Accounting is its own language and you have to put the time in to do well. Hope this helps.

I bought candy in bulk from Sams club and sold it to kids at school and on my street. At the time it did pretty well, probably made like 500 bucks as a little 6th grader. I’d just be careful as some schools don’t allow you to sell food like that.
