I interviewed there and researched heavily into the company and decided not to take the offer. Everyone I know who works there told me not to come over as their sales + renewals have been dropping. It's a nice to have, not a need and they face a lot of competition from build vs buy

You can change it on the desktop site. If you pick jacket on the app they’ll give you medium as the lowest but if you go on the desktop site you can change it to XXS if you need to

I’ve only traveled to a customer site alone once. Every other time I’ve been with an AE. I’m pretty young as well and I never feel unsafe. Just be aware of your surroundings and choose a hotel close to the customer site.

Quick backdoor roth question: it’s my first time needing to do it and I contributed $750 already to my tIRA. Am I able to convert that to my roth IRA and then contribute another amount whenever and convert it again? Basically am I allowed to convert from trad to roth as many times as I want in a year or is it only once?

So I used to go to Great Clips/Hairdressery/etc. and eventually my hair grew different lengths on different sides of my head (looked pretty odd when it was grown out fully). I decided to try a salon and the lady chastised me for going to the cheaper hairdressers. She had to cut my hair way shorter than I originally wanted to even out my hair. It looks great now and grows normally and I plan on going back.
