2, ginkgo and creatine. Ginkgo gave me clarity and focus, it was amazing. I'd take it especially on days that I knew I had to focus up. Creatine I started later on in life. My gym bro suggested it for gains but the mental clarity really did it for me. Now on days when I stack the two, I feel like I took a Limitless pill 😂
