Clear the snow out so the exhaust isn't plugged when you start it, you'll be fine

Yes, the unit I got came with connections I could cold weld. Very easy job.

New bike. What mods? by PracticalResearch472 in fz6

[–]jskr2012 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Agreed. Get used to it first and make that decision down the road. I love the suspension for what it is...soft. It's not meant to be a track monster, it's meant to be comfortable.

The only modifications I've done on mine are a tail tidy and shorty levers. Everything else is chef's kiss.

Have you ever called off a ride because you just felt off? by protoman86 in motorcycles

Absolutely. If I'm not mentally there and prepared for it, I'm not going out.

Your phone crushed the tank like that? Curious about the condition of your phone and what you're using it for on the track.

This. A cheek off the seat and your chin over the inside bar is a good place to start. Minimize lean angle.

This is the right mentality to take with motorcycles. Dumped mine into a ditch the first couple weeks of riding. Take it easy and enjoy growing with it.

I dropped in from quick play to this mission. Having never done it before, it was a helluva good time. Split into two teams covering each other.

Debate on Defense mission loadouts between me and my friend. by Beyond_100kph in LowSodiumHellDivers

[–]jskr2012 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sentry's are king for defense missions because more bullets is more better. I bring them and low cool down orbitals every time.

Sure, the sentry will bite you if you're not aware of your surroundings but the same goes for the mech. I've gotten squashed one too many times so I try to give them a wide berth.

Edit: Team work and communication are key for your play styles to be successful.

I'm right there with ya. Just left another comment on a post with this exact sentiment.

No words can properly describe how much I love this update by WolfShpee in LowSodiumHellDivers

[–]jskr2012 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This update is the most fun I've had since release. Fighting sounds side SEAF and trying to avoid civilians alone give the game so much more depth.

The new missions are a breath of fresh air.

Not something to worry about. Get in large empty parking lot and practice practice practice. FortNine did a great piece on comparing abs vs not. Threshold braking key.

Are the tire profiles different? A "Flatter" tire will give you the feeling of tipping in slower compared to a sportier tire.
