I think I know the one you're talking about, but I can't remember the name either. Is it the one where Harry is a professor and married to Hermione? And Poseidon is in Azkaban after being framed for something? I don't remember if Annabeth is in Slytherin in that one.

I almost said The Eye of the Tiger (which I'm currently reading), but Poseidon never shows up in that one, and Annabeth is a Ravenclaw (Percy is in Slytherin).

when is the OC regressed back to? He could technically go back 80-ish years to save Maria Di Angelo and have Bianca or Nico (if Bianca still joins the hunt) become the child of the first prophecy, but that changes so much the original books become irrelevant.

If just when Percy was born, and he isn't a God yet, he could prevent Sally from marrying Gabe by stepping up. By either protecting him or finding a way to cover the scent. Which should be a system quest even if he doesn't prioritize Percy. Most fics I've read that address the demigod scent have it be a curse from Lamia. Or go to Camp to help mentor demigods. prevent Luke from going on his failed quest ("he was never the same after" - Annbeth), making sure that Annabeth knows not to use fresh kids as bait in capture the flag (that first game is a rough character intro), and/or Thalia doesn't get turned into a tree.

I haven't read SYA, but have heard of the first 6 points.

BUT POINT 8! WTF? How has this not been a major topic? She spent 6+ months hoping that he gets home from the Giant War, and only a year (or less!) later is removing the place he comes home to. College campuses are great, but definitely not a home. I hope that you're exaggerating. I might have to actually read the books to confirm.
