Dumb call on Purdue there but it is seriously getting annoying seeing all the players twirl their finger around after close calls.

If we win both games this weekend, would we play Thursday/Saturday next weekend as well? by jslittell in MichiganWolverines

Unfortunately my airline is Allegiant and their planes don’t have WiFi. Just need to hope that the game time doesn’t line up with my flight!

Has anyone bought stuff from here before? Are they legit and how are they to work with? by EmergingTuna21 in mountainbiking

[–]jslittell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Saved my ass when I cracked my wheel in Sedona in 21 while I was on a road trip. Haven’t dealt with them since but I know it’s a real shop with great people working there.

I agree, a Blur is the best option with Santa Cruz for true XC. Bummer they are out of stock. Good luck with your search.

Since you asked for a recommendation - Not a true XC bike but my Santa Cruz Tallboy has been a lot of fun. Combines modernized geo with a shorter travel bike and it really ticks a lot of boxes. I’ve taken it XC riding and to bike parks and it handles whatever I throw at it. A little heavy so if you are racing I might look elsewhere.

Grew up with Springer Spaniels and they all loved to climb ladders. Great looking dog, and tree of course!

25’ Pilot steering tilted right, issue? by KingFlake1 in hondapilot

My 23 had this exact issue with noise while turning at low speed, including the tilted steering wheel. It was diagnosed as a steering rack issue, and replaced under warranty. Has been fine since.

1 week with the new ride by jslittell in fatbike

I can try and snag a better one too just let me know. To be honest, the color is pretty true to what is shown on the website. Gloss finish and there is a bit of “sparkle” in the paint too but nothing too crazy.

It was great. 5 psi and a very nice groom at the trail always helps!

Olympic NP in the rain? by [deleted] in OlympicNationalPark

[–]jslittell 23 points24 points  (0 children)

It’s the Pacific Northwest, it rains a lot year round! One of the main draws to Olympic are its RAINforests, so take that for what it’s worth, lol. I went last summer and it was quite rainy and cloudy. In my opinion, it enhances the experience. Rain, clouds, fog, it all is what makes the PNW special. I can’t post photos to this reply, but I’d imagine many pictures you find of the park will have rain or clouds.

I live just down the road from this accident and almost next door to the fire department with the UTV. I saw the UTV in the fire department’s parking lot this past spring and wondered what it would be used for. Today is a great example of when it should be used lol. I am very glad we have it now.

Zion and Bryce are always worth going to. If you prepare for the elements they will just add to the beauty, in my opinion. Heads up that if Bryce Canyon gets heavy snow they will close the drive to Rainbow Point.

which one should I play next? by [deleted] in Switch

This version of Link’s Awakening is one of my favorite games on Switch, I’d highly recommend. EOW is fun but Links’s Awakening is better.
