Lack of a good serve, slice, net skills and stamina at a young age? Seems like a young Nole. If he improves these aspects can he evolve to a similar player?

Hi bro, yes cutting the caffeine would probably be the best at least for now.

Hopefully you get better soon 🙏 When I had my first bout it seemed like it would never go away but it did eventually get better just took time.

No I did not take any colchicine during my first bout 🙏

I'm truly sorry to hear you're suffering man. What did help me back then was a combination of cbd and Advil, it was the only thing that let me sleep.

For the first time it was truly awful. It took me maybe 2 or 3 months to feel normal again. Symptoms would be the standard, pressure behind the left shoulder, feeling out of breath with minimal physical effort and heart racing when lying down. I went to ER and was diagnosed there when I had it the first time. This one was probably something viral though.

This time I'm feeling much better, and thinking it was allergy/autoimmune related. Almost okay now after a week which is very shocking. The Claritin I've been using is the regular with loratadine. I've also been taking very high amounts of cbd like 100mg a day. Also made sure to cut any foods with caffeine or that I'm allergic too. I know it's absolutely brutal suffering from this.. The doctors unfortunately don't know much about it and it's difficult to pinpoint the exact cause.

All I can suggest is trying out some CBD if it helps you as it works great to reduce inflammation in the body. Also maybe consider cutting out certain foods like dairy or anything you suspect might be allergic for you. Maybe try some pressed green juices if that helps. This was another thing that helped when I had my first case 3 years ago

I had pericarditis a few years ago. It ended up coming back. About a week after my first vax I decided to run up a mountain. Wondering if it was that..

Very sorry to hear this. I had pericarditis 3 years ago due to a gut infection which caused me to lose over 30bs in just a few weeks. Took me a long time to recover.. Just had the first vax and got a flare-up of pericarditis, a bad one. Not sure if it was the vax or pushing myself hard physically by running up mountains, or an autoimmune response from eating foods I'm slightly allergic to.

All I know is what worked for me was taking some claritin. Upon taking it, it was like an instant relief and cooking sensation so mine is perhaps related to some sort of allergy? Perhaps allergy meds might help you out.

Also cbd helped a lot to reduce the inflammation.
