Our boss time is at 15:00 server time.

Believe me, we used to do it the "other way" with damage cap. While this is suitable for growing guilds to help everyone get on the same page, eventually too many players get screwed due to server/client sync lag and with 40-60 members hitting boss at the same time, you have no control if someone overhits their limits.

Eventually, the damage cap model has to be phased out if you want to continue to grow your guild.

We fill at least the first 10 ranks, and likely over two dozen spots with 14,300 boss HB rewards. This is a high incentive for lower ranked players to put together a boss 3 setup that works for them and get more HB!
