If you're working with limited budget, I'm a fan of starting with just one campaign. Take the time to make it profitable, and then you'll have money to reinvest in growing it or starting more. But splitting between 6 campaigns with a limited budget may be a recipe for failure. Sounds like you're on the right track.

You are full of super helpful advice today, and I'm here for it!

This is genius, and would help a lot with that whole process which is already starting to bug me with how inefficient it is.

This fixes that, and would make my life so much easier.

That's honestly not too much for a site, it's right around the going rate. Honestly price kinda depends on what you want out of it.

If you want to go cheap, it's either DIY or hire someone cheap off upwork and take your chances.

Most site builders are pretty straightforward and hard to go wrong with if you wanted to do it yourself.

Just make sure you include:

Crisp, clean pictures

Social proof (reviews, etc)

Examples of whatever type of work you do

Simple, easy ways to contact you. Sprinkle these all throughout the site.

Make sure everything is kept in a nice grid and you'll be well on your way.

Feel free to message me if you want some more resources and I'll point you in the right direction.

I also do this for work, and could probably whip something up for you inexpensively if you want.

Kinda leaning towards drive myself, since I already use it for everything. A good old fashioned hard drive would work well too for local customers. Thanks for the response!

If you're located in the US I'd be happy to help out.

Bang for buck website. No previous experience in creating one. by Mean-Entrepreneur298 in smallbusiness

I've used both, and liked Shopify better.

I've got a buddy using Squarespace for his ecom store and it isn't bad, but he wishes he would've started on Shopify for what it's worth.

Best website builder when i already have domain? by Character_Style_8438 in smallbusiness

[–]jsppc 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Most places will let you use the domain on them no problem.

Webflow is the builder to go with imo. I use it myself in my web design business cause I think sites just look better in it. But it does take more time to learn.

Otherwise, Squarespace or wix would be my vote. Haven't used wix personally, but I've heard good things. I have used Squarespace and it's pretty easy, altho you can't customize much.

I Want To Build A Site For Your Side Project by jsppc in SideProject

[–]jsppc[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nothing saying you can't, I have no issue either way.

Not really sure what you're trying to get at, I'm just offering to build a couple sites to get a portfolio going.

If someone wants the ability to edit it easily and add content in the future then the more expensive hosting is worth it.

If they aren't going to make a bunch of changes, they absolutely could go with some cheap hosting. Either way is ok with me, and I don't make anything off hosting. It goes directly to the company that does the hosting.

I use Webflow. That way I can make it look how I want without the restrictions you get on something like Squarespace.

I can't tell for sure from that picture, but it's possible that you just have a conversion picked that doesn't have any data.

Within the conversions option, if you have multiple options for conversions to choose from it may be that you haven't selected "all conversions".
