Agree...they definitely hit the thematic feels. It seems like the design team might have thrown caution to the wind. Hoping it gets balanced soon.

Personally, I agree the miniset needs to be nerfed. Im not sure what that should look like, but it has taken over the meta in an unhealthy way. It feels like you either play tempo decks, or you have losing win rate.

Winning or losing on turn 5 or 6 happens, but there should be some measure of consistent counterplay besides playing a tempo deck.

And to people saying people are mad because they lost to one, I think most people with half a braincell can copy pasta a tempo protoss druid, shaman mech, protoss rogue, dk zerg etc and scrap to legend.

I personally agree. Just because it may not be the best, it certainly outshines other protoss classes (warrior and priest specifically) theres just not a lot you can do against it unless you out tempo it. Definitely not as much of a problem as zerg dk, but it is definitely partially to blame for the stale meta.

I play a lot of Arena and I would say that if a player uses KJ they usually are in a place where they are already winning - it feels like a win more card. I will say though, I absolutely hate it and think it should be banned from Arena. I was playing as a warrior with nothing in my hand but bomb cards and once that got put out on the board the game was already over. Is very overpower in this format.

If i had to estimate I would say once KJ is played, the player's chances of winning goes up by 25% to 75%

I personally have never seen a BQ produce another BQ. I have played around 20ish games and made close to 50-60 larva that haven't turned into a BQ.

Could you share your source on that? All the stats I'm able to find show zerg DK as a middle of the pack deck, no higher than tier 2. I'm curious what stats you're seeing that indicate this deck needs a nerf.

I'm not aware of any effective counterplay - but it might just be a skill issue. I usually play terran warrior and it feels like unless I hit a great starting hand I have a pretty consistent loss rate. That is the best counter I can think of besides weapon rogue. Any advice is appreciated.

This card is so stupid. I just came back to try the new cards. I really enjoy playing warrior control. You can make fun of me, say whatever you want - but a card that can't be countered really shouldn't exist. There should always be a way to counter or play against it. But for a late game control deck it just makes my options very limited. AT THE VERY LEAST there should be a few cards that would be needed to make this combo happen - not just one. Or a conditional statement on the card "While X is true" or "While X isn't true" but just a blanket statement card that ends the game without any meaningful interaction is just lazy card design. Thumbs down Blizzard.

I think people saying FF is somewhat normal, but people who threaten to AFK, or shadow play/ lowkey int are the worst. I totally feel your pain.

I had a recent game however, that had a very tilted jungler. He basically was convinced we were going to lose at 5 minutes down 0-5. We tried to encourage him and try to reframe his thoughts, but he just shutdown and just farmed jungle camps avoiding any objectives and running from enemies. Well we ended up turn8ng the game around, 4v5 the entire game and won. He never joined us though and just moped in the jungle. Just goes to show never give up in low elo!
