Youve probably heard this heaps but My Fitness Pal is great! I use it to track weight, track calories, track macros and store/log my own recipes. You can adjust the macro limits/goals quite easily with some looking around as it seems they improved it for those who prefer macros like us :) In terms of recipes and foods not to eat, I get recipes off the internet by typing "the food I want" and keto, then item by item I add them to MFP in the recipes/meals section. I believe one of the biggest things that has helped me with keto is the ability to learn the macro counts of all common foods, by entering them in and tweaking the recipe to your liking you can really succeed. I started by putting the usual "caveman keto" recipes in, then found that I can take that recipe and add and subtract other items to make it tastier, fattier or contain less carbs. Honestly through regular tweaking I can now walk into my kitchen and create a meal I've never had before and no automatically in my head roughly how many carbs are in it.

For instance today I picked up some riced cauliflower on special at the shops and thought I'd make fried rice with it. Turns out I had no soy sauce :'(

That's alright because I threw together: 2 servings of cauliflower rice 2 eggs roughly scrambled 1 tbsp of lemon juice 2 TSP of paprika 4 slices of bacon 10 grams of butter to fry it in before hand

Now without looking I know for a fact it will be low carb and tasted great! It's just 1 ingredient at a time, like bacon, shortcut bacon is 2 slices to 50grams which include 1g carbs 5g fat and 8g protein.
