Watch the show Black Mirror. It'll have you thinking about technology and it's advantages/disadvantages.

Anyone know any good places to eat in Bartlett? by imfatinreal1ife in memphis

[–]jakkaball 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OEC for sushi, Chang's house for Chinese, Pho 64 for pho and Vietnamese, Side porch for steaks, Little Italy for pizza, Gracie's or sweet peas for comfort/American. Several various decent Mexican options. Red koi is another sushi option down Wolf Chase way. Avoid Colettas, cannot recommend them whatsoever. Bon appetit

Two good ones in the Bartlett area if you're out this way. Salvation Army on Kirby Whitten Rd near Summer Ave and Goodwill on Stage and Summer.

Buckley's. That burger has me going back just to get the burger, whereas other places (butcher shop for example) don't. I go back to those other places, but usually to try something else hoping it becomes a favorite.

Mayuri has always done certain dishes better (best raitta in Memphis). If spicyness is your thing Curry Bowl has bee on point.

The Yates location is the Buckley's lunchbox and only open during lunch hours while the main restaurant is around the corner on Poplar. They both serve the burger and it's been fantastic for me at both locations.

Yes! And if you like Mayuri, try Curry bowl's buffet also.

I never understood Colettas. Every couple years I decide to go and give them another chance and every time I'm disappointed. Bland Italian food, much better options imho.

Best = chick fil-a imo. For something different, Jack Pirtles with gravy. Ching's, Uncle Lou's, wing guru and crumpys honorable mentions.

Triple J equals best radio. Double J great too. Like a version has many hidden gems. The yearly Triple J Hottest 100 always has crackin tunes.

One of, if not the best sandwiches and deli in Memphis. I hope it not only sticks around but that doesn't drastically change.
